Three different types of malts were used to brew this lager. “The maltier beer is geared towards the cooler weather,” said Taylor Butzbach, public relations manager at the brewery. “We ferment it at cooler temperatures for longer periods of time.” She said the beer is very smooth has a soft warming flavor, making it perfect for chillier weather.
