Boston University School of Law
On Oct. 19, the city’s redevelopment authority gave final approval for a $172-million project to expand and renovate to the Boston University School of Law.
Starting this winter, the university plans to rehabilitate the tower’s exterior and renovate about 150,000 square feet inside, according to the city. The school also plans to build a 95,000-square-foot addition on the building’s west side and atop an existing one-story boiler plant building. The project is scheduled for completion in fall 2015.
