The weld connecting the legs to the seat of the chair can break, posing a fall hazard to consumers. Recalled models come in black, blue, and burgundy. There have been three reports of the incident, none resulted in injury. Made in China, the products were sold exclusively by Global Industrial Equipment, both online and in its catalog from May 2011 to May 2012 for between $38 and $40.
