The Concord manse of former Boston Celtics star Kevin Garnett can be yours, said Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of New England, which added that the list price of a home with 11,000 square feet of living space is $4.85 million.
Needless to say, there is an “oversized dressing room” and “spacious kitchen” to go along with the usual high-end amenities such as a media room and a wine cellar. On the website of the Brooklyn Nets, Garnett’s new team, Garnett’s height is listed at 6’ 11’’ so plenty of indoor square footage was needed for free-ranging around the house.
Rosemary McCready, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Weston, has been selected to exclusively market and sell the home at 75 Buttricks Hill Drive.
The property is sited on nearly 13 acres of land, and the home includes five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and a four-car garage.
A Coldwell Banker press release included a statement from Garnett and his wife, Brandi.
“This amazing property was our home for more than six years, and we will always treasure the experiences and memories we have of living here,” the Garnetts said. “We had many happy gatherings with family and friends, and we dedicated a lot of time and effort to incorporate our own personal touches to this home. We will miss Concord and our Boston friends.”
