The new 58,000-square-foot dealerships will replace BMW Gallery of Norwell, which occupies about 23,000 square feet in Norwell.

Expected to open in the fall, the Rockland facility is designed to accommodate more than 200 vehicles and a service area with more than 30 bays, said the company, adding that the new location has “much more visibility from the main exit of the highway.”
