Do you know a company, nonprofit, or other organization that “changed the world” in 2013? Help us identify which ones accomplished something extraordinary last year—such as a new product, service or other contribution that affected people’s lives in a tangible way. The nominees don’t have to be headquartered in Massachusetts, but the accomplishments you cite must have originated in the state. Anyone can submit a nomination using this online form. We’re also asking for your contact information in case questions arise, and for a description of your connection to the nominee. Your nomination and all personal information will be kept confidential. The deadline for nominations is Wednesday, March 26. The Globe will recognize some of the most impressive achievements selected from nominations and staff recommendations in a special magazine to be published later this year.
