Activists ask who will fill gap as subprime lenders leave market
An annual report on mortgage lending in Massachusetts finds that black and Latino borrowers were disproportionately the recipients of loans with high interest rates in 2006. Perhaps the more interesting question is what the 2007 report will show. (Full article: 625 words)
