Debra A. Neiman, CFP, is principal of Neiman & Associates Financial Services, LLC, a fee-only financial planning firm in Arlington. She specializes in investment, retirement, and tax planning issues for individuals and families, both traditional and non-traditional. Debra has over twenty years experience in the financial services industry, most recently as a partner at Neiman-Maloy Financial Group, Inc. in Wakefield. Prior to launching her own practice, Debra was a personal financial planning counselor with Tofias, Fleishman, Shapiro & Co. in Cambridge.

Debra is on the board of directors of the Financial Planning Association of Massachusetts, of which she is a past president, and she is also a co-founder and member of the board of directors of PridePlanners, a non-profit organization that provides professional development, networking, and resources for financial advisors who serve nontraditional couples and families.

Debra co-authored the book "Money Without Matrimony: The Unmarried Couple's Guide to Financial Security," which was published by Dearborn on June 1, 2005. She was also the personal finance columnist for Entrepreneur.com.
