13. What to do about: Mail fraud
If you believe that your address has been changed without your authorization, contact the post office. Ask the postmaster and your local mail carrier to forward all mail with your name to your correct address, recommends the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse.
You can contact the US Post Office's postal inspector at (800) 275-8777 or online. The USPS offers an online complaint form.
