A: I cannot tell you haw long it will take to receive your refund since it depends on when you mailed your return and which return you filed. To find out go to http://www.irs.gov/ and click on the Where is my refund button. In general I would say that the IRS tends to take two to four weeks to process a paper check and one to two week to do a direct deposit of the refund. It depends on how backed up they get.
