Grafton "Cap" Willey is a managing director at CBIZ Tofias and a member of the tax group. He has more than 30 years of experience as a tax accountant and consultant to privately-held business owners. Cap is an active advocate for small business issues at the state, regional, and national levels, and is a past recipient of the National Small Business Association's (NSBA) New England Small Business Accounting Advocate of the year. He is an active member of both the NSBA and the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE), as well as a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
