Joe Francis
The creator of the "Girls Gone Wild" video series, pictured here with rapper Snoop Dogg, was indicted two years ago on federal tax evasion charges for allegedly deducting more than $20 million in phony business expenses. After Francis was late for a court hearing in early November, he was locked up overnight and placed on house arrest. If convicted of tax evasion, Francis could face up to 10 years' in prison and hefty fees. His trial is set to begin in April.
