Josh Russel of Damariscotta, Maine, drove about three hours to file taxes before the deadline - and they weren't even his.
"My ex called me in a panic saying we had to drive to Boston to file her taxes because they weren't ready in time to make the deadline for any post offices in Maine," Russel said. "She didn't end up coming along because she didn't want her parents to know she waited so long to file her taxes."
By buying postage from another customer instead of waiting in line for stamps, Russel was able to make it in and out of the post office in less than 10 minutes.
