Danvers-based Aiomed Inc., a provider of heart support technologies, said that physicians have implanted more than 15,000 of its Impella pumps in US patients. But shares fell on first-quarter 2014 revenue of $42.7 million, up 10 percent over the same period last year but short of analysts’ estimates of $42.93 million.
