Why Facebook's New 'Anonymous Log-In' Matters

Facebook is moving one step closer to becoming online users all-access pass to the Internet. CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced today that the company plans to offer “Anonymous Login.” This means each user can use their Facebook account to log-in to other sites and apps anonymously. With Facebook’s “anonymous login” offering, a user could comment on any site using their Facebook account, but without giving the site access to other personal information.
