Gym owner says firm stole treadmill design
A federal jury hit Cybex International Inc., a leading maker of cardiovascular and strength-training fitness equipment, with a $2.5 million judgment yesterday in a patent infringement lawsuit filed by a Norton man who accused the Medway company of stealing a treadmill design he invented.
