SAN FRANCISCO—Internet advertising and technology company LookSmart Ltd. said Monday that it named its interim chief executive and president, Edward West, as the company's chief executive and president.
The company said West will continue to work as the company's chairman.
Also Monday, LookSmart said its chief financial officer, William J. Bush, left the company as of Jan. 24. Bush had been named to the post in December.
LookSmart said its principal accounting officer, R. Brian Gibson, has been named acting CFO until it names a replacement.
