PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.—Telecommunication equipment provider Dycom Industries Inc. on Thursday named an accounting executive as its chief financial officer.
H. Andrew DeFerrari, vice president and chief accounting officer at the company since November 2005, will replace Richard L. Dunn as CFO on April 4. The company said Dunn is leaving "to pursue other interests."
DeFerrari, 39, previously served as Dycom's controller and was a senior audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP.
Dycom shares fell 5 cents to close at $12.08.![]()
