Autodesk Senior VP, CFO Alfred Castino plans to resign
SAN RAFAEL, Calif.—Autodesk Inc. said Monday that Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Alfred Castino plans to resign to spend more time with his family.
The design software maker said it has started a search for Castino's successor.
Castino, 55, will remain with the company as CFO until a replacement is named.
Shares of Autodesk shed $1.04, or 2.6 percent, to $38.38 in afternoon trading. The stock has traded between $29.58 and $51.32 over the last year.![]()
