Opening Glance: Computer, peripheral stocks mostly decline

NEW YORK—Shares of computer and peripheral makers mostly declined Tuesday morning with the overall market, which traded lower after disappointing first-quarter results from mortgage lender Fannie Mae, Swiss bank UBS and homebuilder D.R. Horton.

Here is a look at how some key computer and peripheral companies' shares performed Tuesday morning:

International Business Machines Corp. fell $1.01 to $121.02.

Hewlett-Packard Co. fell 55 cents to $47.73.

Apple Inc. fell $1.95 to $182.78.

Dell Inc. fell 13 cents to $18.97.
