Qualstar sets quarterly dividend of 6 cents

SIMI VALLEY, Calif.—Qualstar Corp. said its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 6 cents.

The company, which makes tape library data storage systems, said the dividend is payable May 28 to shareholders of record May 20.
