AURORA, Ill.—Telecommunications equipment company Westell Technologies Inc. said Tuesday Thomas E. Mader has resigned as president, chief executive and a director.
Former director Bernard F. Sergesketter will serve as interim CEO until the company finds a permanent successor.
Sergesketter served as a director from 2000 until he retired in September 2007.
