NEW YORK—Shares of some top computers companies were down at the close of trading:
Apple Inc fell $1.86 or 1.1 percent, to $173.53.
Dell Inc fell $.19 or .8 percent, to $24.44.
Hewlett Packard fell $.91 or 2.0 percent, to $43.69.
IBM fell $2.03 or 1.6 percent, to $122.56.
Lexmark fell $.27 or .8 percent, to $35.60.
