Scientific Learning CFO Jane Freeman to resign

OAKLAND, Calif.—Scientific Learning Corp. said Chief Financial Officer Jane A. Freeman has decided to resign in order to pursue other career opportunities.

Controller Jon Corbett will serve as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is named, the educational software maker said late Thursday.

Freeman, who has been with the company for nine years, is expected to leave her role early next month.
