PALO ALTO, Calif. (AP) -- Tibco Software Inc. said Thursday fiscal third-quarter earnings more than doubled on strong revenue gains from customers in the government, energy and telecommunication sectors.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Women's clothing retailer Christopher & Banks Corp. said Thursday its second-quarter income sank more than 75 percent as fewer shoppers visited stores.
