LogMeIn Inc. of Woburn, which makes software for the remote control of computers, is promoting two executives and bidding farewell to a third. Kevin Farrell has been promoted to general manager of endpoint solutions, and Kevin Bardos has been named general manager of support and collaboration technologies.

Meanwhile, LogMeIn chief marketing officer Carol Meyers has resigned. According to a company filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Meyers will stay on until Jan. 29 to assist in the management transition.

LogMeIn became the first venture capital-backed company in Massachusetts to go public this year, when it raised $107 million in an initial stock offering in July.
