Shoebuy steps into online flower sales

Shoebuy.com, an online shoe retailer based in Boston, is launching an online flower company, FloraFlora.com, that guarantees the freshest arrangements and eliminates delivery charges and hidden fees. Shoebuy said it aims to redefine the experience of purchasing flowers as it offers same-day delivery, no sales taxes for customers outside of Massachusetts, and various discounts. FloraFlora.com will offer more than 250 arrangements. FloraFlora.com will offer “a first class consumer experience and a level of customer service they’ve come to expect from Shoebuy.com,’’ said Scott Savitz, founder and chief executive of Shoebuy.com.
