DECATUR, Ill.—Agricultural processor Archer Daniels Midland Co. said Friday that its senior executive vice president of performance and growth, Steven Mills, will be retiring Feb. 7.
Mills began working at ADM in 1979 and has worked in a number of senior treasury and accounting positions. He was named executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2008 and assumed his current post late last year.
ADM shares fell 64 cents to $28.73 in afternoon trading.
