Marlborough manufacturer Evergreen Solar Inc., which filed for bankruptcy earlier this year and recently sold its assets, has fired its chief executive and named a new leader. The company’s board of directors appointed vice president Christian M. Ehrbar, 43, to replace Michael El-Hillow, who was terminated last week along with several other executives, including Evergreen’s finance, strategy and technology chiefs, and the president of its Asia operations, according to a notice filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
