Two nonprofits merge to become Impact Builders

Harbinger Partners and the Corporate Volunteer Network, local nonprofits that specialize in tapping the ranks of corporations to find community volunteers, have merged. The new organization, called Impact Builders, will be based in Boston and led by Theresa M. Ellis, who founded Harbinger.
