Evergreen Solar Inc., a Marlboro company that makes solar power components, said today it has landed a $200 million deal to supply SunEdison LLC, a Baltimore company that sells solar-generated power.

It is the company's largest contract ever and one of five it has signed since last November. Those deals are worth a total of $600 million over five years.

In the latest deal, Evergreen is to supply SunEdison with photovoltaic modules -- the flat panels that harness the sun's energy for conversion into electric power.
