Best Doctors will use Proventive tools
ProVentive, a Boston healthcare technology company, said today it has entered a multi-year agreement that will let Best Doctors, a network of medical specialists, use its risk-identification and predictive-modeling tools as a way to cut costs and improve patient outcomes.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, the companies said.
Best Doctors of Boston, which coordinates medical services for more than 10 million patients in 30 countries, maintains a global referral network of 50,000 medical specialists with the goal of being able to link their clinical knowledge to the problems of people with serious medical conditions.
By integrating ProVentive's proprietary tools with its own care management capabilities, Best Doctors will be able to more accurately identify patients at risk, monitor patient care, and track patient interventions, the companies said.
