Lucida Staffing names new CEO

Lucida Staffing Group, a Reading firm focused on healthcare recruiting and placement services, said today it has appointed Jim Ricciardelli as its chief executive.

Ricciardelli was most recently a vice president of business development and sales at Lycos Inc. of Waltham, a Web portal operator.

Ricciardelli joins a management team appointed by company chairman Bruce Cerullo.

"Jim was the perfect addition to this team, bringing the right amount of technology and management experience and proven track record," Cerullo said in a statement.
