V.i. Labs of Waltham said today it has joined forces with Reprise Software Inc. of California to offer a comprehensive defense against software piracy.
The partnership combines V.i. Labs anti-piracy technology with Reprise's license-management system to provide protection against software cracking threats.
"License management and software protection are foundation blocks for preventing overt and inadvertent piracy," V.i. Labs chief executive Joe Noonan said in a statement.
