Real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle said today it has negotiated the $11.6 million sale of South Hadley Square, which is occupied by a Big Y supermarket in South Hadley.

Jones Lang LaSalle said that it represented the seller in the transaction, CHK and KHC South Hadley Associates, and found the buyer, Alvero Acquisition Corp.

Built in 1997, the center is fully leased to Big Y through 2022, said James M. Koury, Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president and national director of retail sales, in a statement.
