Genyzme Corp. chief executive Henri Termeer will earn $1.5 million in salary next year with a potential bonus of $1.8 million pegged to his job performance, according to a filing today by the Cambridge company. The package amounts to a 5 percent raise from last year’s salary and bonus targets. In 2005, the last year for which full compensation figures are available, Termeer’s pay package of $3 million was dwarfed by the $33 million in stock options he exercised.
