Monster enhances its job database

Monster wants to make online job searches easier.
The online careers and recruitment company with offices in Maynard today unveiled several enhancements to its Monster.com website that Monster said are designed to further empower job seekers.
Monster now gives job seekers an opportunity to compare themselves with other candidates who applied for the same position through monster.com; job seekers can now tell what percentage of other applicants share similar qualifications in terms of education and years of experience, the company said.
Job seekers can also see how many times their public, searchable resume has been viewed and saved by employers via the resume data base, Monster said.
Monster is the flagship brand of Monster Worldwide Inc.
