Nasdaq may delist CSP Inc.

CSP Inc., a Billerica computer services provider, said today that its stock may be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market.
The company failed to file an annual report.CSP, which received a delisting notification letter from Nasdaq, did not file Form 10-K for its fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30. It received an extension to Jan. 16, but now expects to file by Feb. 2.
The company provides high-performance computer systems and systems integration services.
