New Boston Fund sells office building

New Boston Fund Inc. has sold a six-story office building in Cambridge's Alewife section to Synergy.

The Boston real estate services firm Meredith & Grew today said that it represented New Boston Fund, a real estate investment, development, and management firm, in the transaction and found the buyer, Synergy of Boston, a real estate investment and development firm.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The address of the property is 10 Fawcett St.

"The Alewife submarket is strong, and we believe it will continue to perform very well," said New Boston senior vice president Jon Gillman. "We look forward to working with Synergy through our continued management of the property."
