Real estate firm names N.E. director

Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., a real estate services and money management firm, said Peter A. Bailey will leave his position as co-head of the firm's investment group to become its New England regional director.

Bailey succeeds Kyle B. Warwick, who has been named to the national post of director of investment development.

"Kyle and Peter are two of our senior leaders who have contributed to the firm's success in the past and whose focus on development and the New England market will enable Jones Lang LaSalle to focus on serving our clients' needs in these two areas," said William Krouch, chief executive of Jones Lang LaSalle Markets.

Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle operates in more than 50 countries.
