In 2003, Polaris took a majority private equity interest in Cushcraft, a Manchester, N.H., supplier of antennas for the wireless networking and communication industry.
The buyer is the Laird Group PLC, a London global electronics and systems company.
Polaris said the sale is the second such transaction in a month; the earlier deal resulted in the $120 million sale of Archivas Inc., a Waltham provider of digital archiving solutions, to Hitachi Data Systems.
In a statement, Polaris general partner Bryce Youngren commented on the Cushcraft sale.
"Our goal is to add value to the companies in which we invest by actively partnering with each entrepreneur and management team to help propel them into market leading businesses," he said.
