Boston Properties loses a board member

Boston Properties Inc., a real estate investment trust that focuses on office space, said William M. Daley resigned from its board, effective May 15.
The company said Daley will leave to devote more time to other business interests.
Daley's departure will reduce the number of board members to nine. The company did not indicate if it plans to seek a successor.
