Lemay joins Foley Hoag law firm

Foley Hoag LLP said today that Nicola Lemay has joined the law firm as a partner in its Boston office, where she will specialize in tax practice.

Previously, Lemay practiced at WilmerHale. She is a co-chair of the Federal Tax and Business Transactions Committee of the Boston Bar Association, Foley Hoag said.

Lemay has a degree from Columbia Law School and a master's degree in business administration from Columbia Business School, Foley Hoag said.
