Called the Summer Enrichment Series, the program is funded by a $200,00 grant from the Citizens Bank Foundation, Citizens said.
One aim of the program is to create summer jobs.

"Addressing youth violence in our neighborhoods is the responsibility of the entire community, and we are pleased to support Mayor Menino's efforts through this collaboration with the Black Ministerial Alliance."
