Eastport buys Mansfield office park

Eastport Real Estate Services purchased Reservoir South Office Park in Mansfield for $6.8 million, a broker in the transaction said today.

The broker, NAI Hunneman Commercial of Boston, said it represented the seller, Great Woods Associates LLC, a joint venture between Essex River Ventures of Boston and the Praedium Group LLC, a New York real estate investment firm.

NAI Hunneman said it procured the buyer, Eastport Real Estate Services of Waltham.

The property, located at 792 and 800 South Main St. in Mansfield, has nearly 58,000 square feet of office space, NAI Hunneman said.
