Charles River Ventures, a venture capital firm with offices in Waltham and California, is closing Charles River Partnership XIII LP, a $285 million venture fund, to new investors.
The closing of CRP XIII brings the firm's total capital under management to about $2.1 billion, it said today.
The firm said its current investing activities span software and services, media and entertainment, communications and technology, and data center infrastructure.
