Nasdaq to list Sycamore during review

Optical switch maker Sycamore Networks Inc. said the Nasdaq will keep listing its stock while the Chelmsford company undergoes a review related to its report-filing delinquencies.

Nasdaq will review a decision made in March that relates to the company's delinquency in filing results with the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding its fiscal year 2006 and the quarter ended Oct. 28. The filings were delayed because of an ongoing internal investigation into Sycamore's stock-option practices.

The company is also delinquent in filing an earnings statement for the quarter ended Jan. 27.
