Mark F. O'Leary has joined Brown Rudnick from Ropes & Gray LLP.
O'Leary is its new chief financial officer, replacing long-time CFO Barry Berman, who retired earlier this year, said Brown Rudnick, an international law firm with offices in Boston.
Before joining Brown Rudnick, O'Leary was controller for Ropes & Gray, a national law firm with offices in Boston.
