Radius raises $57.5m in financing

Radius, a Cambridge pharmaceutical company with a focus on women’s health, has raised $57.5 million in a second round of private financing.
An existing investor, MPM Capital, was a co-leader of the round, Radius said today. This round of funding brings the amount Radius has raised since its 2003 inception to $81.5 million.
Radius’s work includes the development of therapies to prevent and treat osteoporosis.
