American Program Bureau relocated its offices to new space in Newton, its broker said today.

The broker, Codman Co. of Boston, said the firm has leased 9,518 square feet of space at 313 Washington St. in Newton Corner.

American Program Bureau represents celebrities who make speaking engagements; according to the firm's web site, it represents such people as newsman Dan Rather, former Soviet Union leader Mikhail Gorbachev, and actress Goldie Hawn.

American Program Bureau previously had Newton office space at 36 Crafts St., the Codman Co. said.

The landlord of 313 Washington St., Transwestern Investment Co. L.L.C. of Chicago, was represented by Boston real estate firm Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, the Codman Co. said.
